Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, BSBR does not offer refunds if 14 days have passed from your purchase date.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition received, in the original packaging. 

BSBR only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at: [email protected]


The buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please utilize a courier that will provide you with a tracking number and shipping insurance. Unfortunately, BSBR cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
